We are looking for an Operations & Production Specialist to support the day-to-day running of illo and algo — and the 24 humans behind them. The role is approximately 70% Operations — including finance and administration, client and vendor management, office and workspace management, and team experience — and 30% Project Production, including inbound calls with prospective clients, managing creative projects from brief to delivery, coordinating timelines, teams and clients. Native Italian speaker or fully bilingual; confident spoken English and excellent written English (C1 level).
